Power Facilities

Our Company meets its power requirements in our office premises, manufacturing units and warehouses from Adani Electricity and Mahasrashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited respectively and the same is sufficient for our day-to-day functioning.

Raw Material

Our primary required raw materials include for wood & plywood and adhesives are: Fevicol, Hooks, Channels, Granite, Wall Pannels, Tiles and other consumables required for processing/manufactuirng of products as listed above. We presently procure all these raw materials from the local market based on our requirements on an ongoing basis. We have long-standing relationships with certain of our suppliers, although we do not have any long-term contracts with such third parties. Our procurements are based on our requirements on an on-going basis, through purchase orders at an “as needed” basis.

Competition

We face competition not only from the organized sector but also from the unorganized sector and from both small and big players. To remain competitive in the market we strive to improve our design capability, reduce production cost and improve operating efficiencies. In the organized sector, we face competition from the listed companies such as Rushil Decor Limited, Century Plyboards India Limited and Greenply Industries Limited.

Insurance

At present, we maintain insurance policies such as Burglary policy and factory protection policy. Although, we attempt to limit and mitigate our liability for damages arising from negligent acts, errors or omissions through contractual provisions and/or insurance, the indemnities set forth in our contracts and/ or our insurance may not be enforceable in all instances or the limitations of liability may not protect us from entire liability for damages.

Machinery and storage unit

As on the date of the Draft Prospectus, our Company has one manufacturing unit that is operated by us and is located at Chembur, Maharashtra. Our in-house manufacturing unit is well equipped with mixture of modern, fullyautomated and semi-automated plant & machinery which enables us to manufacture flush doors in an effectively control manner and also ensure consistent quality while manufacturing the flush doors. Further, all our raw materials and finished goods are stored in our own manufacturing unit. For details of our manufacturing unit please refer to the below heading Plant and Machinery under Chapter Business Overview beginning on page 87 of the Draft Prospectus.

To maintain quality of our product, we have installed below mentioned machinery at our manufacturing units to deliver products with precision and productivity in the most extreme operating conditions. The below list of Plant & Machinery installed at manufacturing units are owned by our Company

Capacity And Capacity Utilization

As on September 30, 2023, our manufacturing unit has a capacity of 3,500 pieces and it has manufactured 750 pieces which is utilization of 21.43%. The machinery is purchased on September 16, 2023 and therefore capacity and capacity utilization for the last three Fiscal years are unascertainable. The above information for manufacturing unit has been certified by Mr. Nomesh Kumar Sahu, Chartered Engineer bearing registration no. AM-1777494 vide his certificate dated December 04, 2023.

Environment, Health and Safety

We are also subject to laws and government regulations, including in relation to safety, health and environmental protection. These laws and regulations include the Environmental Protection Act 1986, the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981, and other regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Environment and the pollution control boards of the relevant states. These environmental protection laws and regulations impose controls on air and water discharge, noise levels, storage handling, employee exposure to hazardous substances and other such aspects of our manufacturing. In light of our quality standards, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified for our manufacturing unit.

Information Technology

As of our manufacturing machinery is automated, we use compatible software systems to assist us in operating our manufacturing process efficiently. Our IT infrastructure enables us to track the movement of the products from endto- end. For our daily business operations activities are performed with Enterprise Resource Planning software’s- “BUSY software” and Coreldraw that is integrated with our production systems, and assists us in other operational areas like finance, sales, purchase, inventory maintenance and production.

Collaborations

We have not entered into any technical or other collaboration.

Sales And Marketing

The efficiency of the marketing and sales network is critical success of our Company. Our success lies in the strength of our relationship with our dealer distributors who have been associated with our Company and known to promoter for over five years. Due to distributors network and branding, our product is known to public. We sell our products mainly through dealer distributors.
