Mr. Vinod Visaria Juthalal aged 52 years is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation. After completion of matriculation, he has joined in the decorative laminates, ply woods and the hardware industry. He has an experience of more than 15 years in decorative laminates, plywood, and hardware industry. He has been actively involved in this sector for over a decade and a half, contributing immensely to its development. Throughout his illustrious career, he has demonstrated a profound understanding of market dynamics, customer preferences, and product innovation. His deep knowledge of the market trends, design aesthetics, and quality standards has enabled the Company to consistently deliver innovative and premium-grade products to our valued customers.

Mr. Jitesh Khushalchand Mamaniya,aged 45 years is the Promoter and Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our company since incorporation. After completion of matriculation, he has pro-founded understanding of the laminates and plywood industry. He has an experience of more than 10 years in the lamination field. As a partner of the esteemed Swastik Marketing, Mr. Jitesh Khushalchand Mamaniya has honed his expertise and developed an astute sense of the industry's nuances. His curious mind and dedication have equipped him with a deep understanding of every aspect of the industry, making him a skilled and triumphant leader.

Mr. Jay Manilal Chheda,aged 28 years, is the Promoter, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our company since incorporation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, which laid the foundation for his keen understanding of finance and accounting principles. He has an experience of more than 5 years in plywood and laminates industry As a young and forward-thinking individual, he brings a unique viewpoint to the business, which holds the potential to add significant value and drive growth for the Company. With his passion for excellence and unwavering dedication, he is poised to lead the Company into new horizons of success.

Mr. Sandeep Chandmal,aged 40 years is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He also possesses Master of Business Administration from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of and finance and banking sector which helped him build a good grasp of financial customer service and administrative requirement.

Mr. Pulkit Sardar Singh Dagra,aged 35 years is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He also possesses Master of Business Administration from Annamalai University. He has an experience of more than 12 years as a relationship manager with the clients and customer services providing financial advice and investment strategies.

Ms. Monika Radhey Shyam Kushwaha,aged 26 years is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor degree of Commerce and possesses Master of Business Administration from Savitribai Phule University of Pune. She has an experience of more than 2 years in the financial and banking industry.
